If you are experiencing technical problems with RibbonCustomizer™ (e.g. the add-in does not appear in an Office program), please submit the pschmid.net Support Tool Report with your support request.
Support for the free edition of RibbonCustomizer™ is only available via the Starter Edition support forum.
As a valued customer, you can choose between two support options:
The pschmid.net Support Tool collects relevant system information and saves it in a text file named "pschmid.net Support Tool Report.txt" on your Desktop. When requesting support, please attach this file to your email or forum post. To generate the file, download and run the support tool. You have to save the support tool on your computer and run it from that location. The support tool collects the following information: information about your operating system (version, language, .NET runtime version), all registry keys created by pschmid.net programs, all registry keys used by Office to load RibbonCustomizer™, information about all files installed and created by pschmid.net programs and information about your installed Office 2007 version (specifically, it collects the version information for all five ribbon applications). The report enables us to quickly pinpoint and troubleshoot most problems you might ever experience with RibbonCustomizer™.
